It began when my young one by one got married and left home. Soon I was the only one and life was very tedious. The problem with going back to this trade was that you had to work 5 days a week for at least eight hours. Then, an advertisement about courses in personal training showed up on the screen. After joining the gym, my get-up-and-go was back and I knew I wanted to complete the course. I was soon at the similar weight that I was before I had the children. I was ready for any challenge thanks to my new found fitness.
Size is not really an issue if you want to become a personal trainer. Enthusiasm and encouragement for others is all you need. Every month there was a class happening, just 30 miles away from my home town. When I enrolled for the course, I was extremely anxious but within minutes I had settled into the class. The examination was extremely easygoing and I achieved full marks. Not a bad achievement for somebody of my age. The next step was to get premises to put my new-found skills into exercise. This job also keeps me in demand seven days a week, so if you are struggling to find a busy occupation consider becoming a personal trainer.
